Terms of Service

Effective date: September 24, 2026.

1. Who may use it. Niche Inspector is an internal tool of Kozmozstudio. Only staff authorized by Kozmozstudio may use it, with their own Google accounts.
2. Purpose. The tool is for market research on our own products. It only reads keyword planning data through the Google Ads API and never changes Google Ads accounts.
3. Google services. Use of Google data through the tool is also subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Google's policies. Users must not use the tool to violate them.
4. No warranty. Research output is provided as-is. Search volumes and marketplace observations are estimates at collection time and are not guarantees of sales.
5. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly.
