Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 24, 2026. This policy covers Niche Inspector (the "App"), an internal tool operated by Kozmozstudio ("we"). Home page: Niche Inspector.
1. Google user data we access
When an authorized team member signs in with Google, the App requests the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. We use it only to call the Google Ads API
Keyword Planning methods on our own Google Ads accounts, to read:
- keyword ideas for seed keywords or URLs we enter;
- historical metrics for those keywords (average monthly searches, monthly search volumes, competition, top-of-page bid ranges);
- the list of Google Ads customer IDs the signed-in account can access (to confirm the connection).
The App does not read Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service, and does not access your campaigns, billing, or personal profile beyond what Google OAuth requires to sign in.
2. How we use it
Keyword data is used only to produce internal market-research reports for our own stores. We do not use Google user data for advertising to you, profiling, or training general AI models.
3. Storage and security
The OAuth refresh token and the keyword results are stored only on the operator's own computer (local files not published anywhere). Access tokens are kept in memory and expire automatically. We never log or display tokens.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. Research reports are shared only within Kozmozstudio.
5. Retention and deletion
Keyword results are kept as long as the related research project is active and are deleted when the project folder is deleted. You can revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored refresh token then stops working and we delete it.
6. Limited Use
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
